Scale went boing the morning. Not enough sleep and ate way too much yesterday. Hubby made delicious stir-fry beef 'n broccoli. With rice, of course. I gave up trying to get my half-Chinese husband that loves to cook to stop using rice but he just looks at me like after 40 yrs I've finally gone around the bend. Even though the rest of this month we were on a good lower carb eating roll. Ah well. Wuz totally yummy. Would do again, 10/10.
