After several months of poor diet and reduced physical training I paid the price on my waist with an increase 3.7 and well over 6kg from my bottom last June.
In theory my kcal balance vs last weight is in line, but having been undisciplined and eating out frequently it is quite likely that I underestimated quite a few intakes.
My Body fat has gone up to 26.1%
Today I will start a 12 weeks challenge with a couple of friends
