Felt like I unintentionally ate a bit too much again last night. I need to try the practice of putting the fork down and waiting a few minutes. Then hasn't happened in a long time but I was cold going down, too cool to stay down so I had to get up and add another sheet (folded so I didn't roast Hubby). Middle of July. Weirdness.
