Hello and Happy Saturday!
I have minimal connectivity so I hope this posts. So far, I have had a great vacation! But, my weight is up. I’m not going to beat myself up over it but that doesn’t mean I’m giving up. We have enjoyed some fabulous time and meals with family that we haven’t seen since 2019 or before. Some even noticed (and mentioned) that both hubby and I have lost weight. Yeah! We have a week of vacation left. I haven’t recorded nor measured food for awhile and may not until I get back home. For me, I know this is a necessary act I must do in order to lose weight. But for now, it’s vacation time! 💃
