So here we go again on the weight loss 5 years ago I lost 110lbs. however over the past 3 I have put most of it back on with bad habits so once again here we go on a journey of weight loss 📉🙃💪.
126.6 kg Lost so far: 0 kg.    Still to go: 35.9 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Like you, losing 100 lbs was not new for me. I'm desperately working to find a permanent solution this time. I hope you do too.
