So, the kids are out of school and my midterms and finals are all here. This week has been crazy so I am not shocked to see 0 weight loss. I still hope to make my short term goal of 230 by the 4th of July. I am just going to have to refocus and figure out a new routine. A large issue is with them home it's harder to find the time to exercise. I was going in the mornings after they went to school, but now I'll have to revise that. I'm going to go running with them in a bit. I'll just have them follow along on their bikes. I think what saved me is the fact that we went for a good 5 mile bike ride for 2 days in a row. I was so impressed that my 5 year old made it! Of course, we had a good number of stops along the way.. lunch and treats. I was good and only had a sample cup of ice cream when they had their cones. :) On a positive note, it worked out that stopping there was fortunate because I have a few new potential jobs out of talking to people there. See, not dieting can be your friend. :) (Shhh... I didn't say that.) :) Have a great weekend all!
