I had another birthday party to go to last night. I stayed away from the high carb foods and brought my good ol' frozen berries n cream with a dusting of unsweetened cocoa powder to sub for the icecream cake being served there. I lost another pound today!
87.2 kg Lost so far: 8.9 kg.    Still to go: 21.5 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
