Good morning my lovelies,
I hope your enjoying the sunshine ☀️
Had a great loss this week, I’m now 11lb down, and although I have had maintains, I’m happy so far, so happy I can fit into size 16 yayyyy,
83 kg Lost so far: 8 kg.    Still to go: 20 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Thanks, knowing iv lost is keeping me focused, just had McDonald’s, and as I saved my calories today I don’t feel guilty, but…. No more take aways for me for a while,

Thanks all, not feeling so great this morning, I don’t think McDonald’s was a good idea, feel bloated, tummy ache, note to self….. don’t eat crap lol

Yeah that's how I feel whenever I have it.. though only thing I wouldn't say no would be a mcflurry 🤭
