This is a new program for me. I'm liking it so far. So far I have lost 6 pounds. I started last week at 257 and today I'm at 251. It's definitely about watching you eat in moderation. I'm still able to eat what I want.
The other thing is having hypothyroidism and an enlarged thyroid does not make it easy along with having a peanut allergen. Were almost all diet foods have coconut, almond, oil,milk in it.
