Yeah a nice drop! I am now below what I was when we moved to the retirement community in 2014. At that point, I was a walking maniacs…walking 10,000 steps to over 30,000 steps a day and had to do it! Maybe I will get back to that. I do get 10,000 most days but I don’t wake up and think I have to walk. Would love to be in that frame of mind again…if only the tendinitis in the top of my left foot would also cooperate…hence pool exercises. But, keep moving!
Also, had a fabulous day with grand baby on Thursday! 💓

Oh my!! I just realize I made my 30 pound goal for vacation … a total loss of 30.6! 💃💃 I didn’t make my set goal but perhaps by my August birthday. Then to lower that number to obtain a normal BMI. Such an exciting day! 💃💃
