Berat badan awal 88.5 kg. Selama 5 bulan getol olah raga dan diet turun jadi 75.2 kg. Habis lebaran naik 4 kg terus back on track lagi selama 2 minggu. terus sekarang jadi 77.2 kg. Kurang 17 kg lagi biar bisa jadi body goals. Semangat 🤟
77.2 kg Lost so far: 11.3 kg.    Still to go: 17.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Kok bisa ya? pertama diet 82 terus turun 74. 5 bulan off diet tetep 74 kg. Skrg diet 2 minggu masih aja 74 kg. Caranya gmn mbak?

@khittah dea : 5 bln itu olah raga sm diet lho 😅 kuncinya olah raga sama defisit kalori kak. Konsisten sabar nikmati prosesnya.

ternyata ada yg seperjalanan wkwk, aku dr 73 naik ke 78 gegara off diet bbrp bulan dan makannya ngawur parah

Iya mbak, maksudnya back on track 2 minggu mbak bisa turun lagi. Aku gk bisa mbak, mungkin makanku kurang clean sama ngegym nya sering bolong ya
