Hello and Happy Thursday FS!
Well, finally dropped a tad. Woohoo!!
Had a doctor’s appointment yesterday and got weighed. Fully dressed with shoes (well, flip flops), I weighed 165 lbs and 11.2 oz. My doc was happy, and I think surprised! My cholesterol numbers were normal! Haven’t had that in years! Also, decided to take hip measurements since I’ve been looking at swim suit bottoms and I’m down 2 inches. Boobs were also 2 inches less. Progress! Oh, I tried on a nice pair of shorts that were light for my weigh in at the doc and they were so big they looked horrible. Light or not, couldn’t wear them. Time to assess closet! So, all good things!
