The only difference to cause a 1lb. jump is the 1/2 hamburger bun I ate yesterday. You know what, it wasnt so good that I will do that again. Its like carbs and my body are such enemies to each other that even a small amount immediately turns to wt. gain. Live and learn one bun at a time! Wish I could send all you iced, snowed in people the beautiful spring like day we experienced yesterday. Today should be a repeat with 86 as the high. Stay warm and safe all.

I am gardening vicariously through you! I broke up with buns but if I bump into a really crusty sourdough bread I might give in! Is it very hard to maintain your weight?

Is anyone having trouble signing into Fatsecret? Sometimes I am able to get my username and password typed then the whole page freezes. Very disappointing!

Hi Tulipgirl6, Im finding that to maintain my wt. Im having to mostly stay the same course as when I started the journey. Although I followed Atkins I did modify it some to fit my needs. So here we are 44 lbs later and I find myself eating the same foods in the same way, and yes I am OK with that. I know in my heart it would be so easy to fall back into the old ways of eating and the wt. would come back one fry at a time. I also weigh every day to be sure all is on target. If not, I correct it and move on. Stay safe and warm. Thanks for writing.

Good Morning Feretina. Hope you are safe and warm in KY. I thought I saw another winter storm headed your way. I am able to sign on OK, but find that when I submit post they dont always get posted. The screen goes blank! To type a message to friends and have it lost makes me MAD! Have to go. Have a great day.
