Restarted calorie counting. Lost 11 stone between 2012 and 2014, started putting it back on in 2016 after an accident and now past my heaviest weight. Started at 306lbs on 7th June, lost 6lbs in first week so 300lbs currently. My aim is to get to my target before my 39th birthday in November 2023
