I took a cheat week. Did not mean to cheat so much. So easy. Like a slippery slope. Plan to take this week to re-dedicate to the portion control thing. I seem to be justifying and rationalizing that extra little bit of food. Also, I still have not got a handle on the snacking. Soooo close to goal. Time to put up or shut up!!!
