Looks good keep up the great work, thanks for the nice comment on my journal- I how the rough times go (it seems to be like that now- started gaining a little bit each day since I hit that low- I know all about it, sometimes for no apparent reason I gain weight when I have been keeping 10 points under what WW suggests- Saturday always seems to be my best weigh in (hurry up get here weekend)
