I went on a junk food kick (chocolate-covered donut holes, etc.), and now I have to work it off!! I'm very disappointed in myself. I did go to Curves again last evening, and now I need to start exercising at home in addition to Curves.

It happens, I'm in the same boat. Gotta stay positive and not let it get you down!

You're right, Lindsey ~ thank you for your encouragement. I know I can do it; I've done it before. And so can you. We will slip occasionally, but the main thing is NOT TO GIVE UP! Three steps forward, one step back, five steps forward . . .

I LOVED Curves when I did it in 2004/2005. I dropped a lot, but I did not change my eating as I should have in addition to the activity. Then they closed in our town and the one in the next town is so small they don't have all the equipment so I just quit. Hence, all the weight came right back on.

I love your piggy picture! I did the doritoe kick and now I could kick myself where its all going to. Im going to do extra exercise too and not let it ruin the rest of the day. I will not be buying any more doritoes. and the bag is empty. Ill snack on popcorn instead; less calories and good fiber to fill me up.You go girl! WEre in it to win it!!!!
