No change well I guess this isn't bad given the fact that I haven't been active for 2 wks due to my foot injury maintaining is a plus. After 3 wks of intensive testing turns out there may be an underlying cause aggravated by too much work either a genetic blood disorder or begining of Lupus so you now how that affects my mental health of course hopefully whatever it is I caught on time I really don't deal well with bad news. Pray for a better outcome next wk. Now to concentrate on my son high school graduation celebrations start tomorrow. Looking foward to wearing a dress for the first time in 7 yrs NSV here I come. One day at time😊😉

You are awesome!! I'm almost@the same place (my weight) that you were when you started. I can only pray and hope that I can/will achieve what you have. I read that you used keto...is that safe to use for people with high blood pressure? I have high blood pressure but its under control with meds now and has been for years. I appreciate any help you can give me

Susie, I would be very careful Keto is not for everyone and neither is fasting I turned to it because although I have many health conditions including diabetes I was not insulin dependent or took any medicine for it I did temporarly but got off slowly and actually measured my sugars atleast 30 min. Before every meal and 2hrs after to avoid spikes or hyplogycemia and blood pressure everyday in the morning and night it's alot of work but worth it I'm off all meds now and alsyou need to watch your fat intake if you have gallbladder problems your protein if you have kidney disease etc and if you have heart issue your water intake so I would get clearance from a professional first based on your needs it was easier for me because I'm in the medical field

late to responding, but I'm hoping that identifying an underlying cause may help you figure out what's going on. thinking good thoughts for you and congratulations on the graduations.

Congrats to your son and the family Tr3👏🏽👏🏽, enjoy this moment to the fullest💓. There is an encouragement which has helped me in times of difficulty "If God brings you to it, he will see you through it!". Praying for your healing! Today's jar word is Dare!💪Keep you chin up and keep pushing forward!
"Far better is it to dare mighty things, to win glorious triumphs even though checkered by failure than to take rank with those poor spirits who neither enjoy much nor suffer much because they live in the grey twilight that knows neither victory nor defeat."

About 10 years that we know about. He doesn't take any medications yet. But he has a team of Doctors. Each one of them handles their area of expertise. Like lung specialist, a heart specialist, and so on. Any thing that arises he can be treated. Luckily so far so good.
