Tried OMAD only 1 week. No difference in weight loss from the usual. I had cravings around my lunch time almost every day. So eating at a certain time just because it is time whether or not you are really hungry is definitely a thing. Since I rarely have breakfast, I didn't expect it to be difficult to do without lunch. Another interesting point for me was that I slightly overate dinner every day instead of every now and then. I suppose something in my brain thought I needed to make up for not having breakfast/lunch/brunch. Weird. I may try OMAD again at another time. Just happy I tried it and was able to do it at all.
