Nothing went as planned yesterday. I was L-A-Z-Y and didnt get my yard work done. I did go clothing shopping for myself though and got a few things that I thought actually looked cute, which is rare since I feel like everything makes me look huge (which is probably why I dress like a slob so much). Then my kids Gma called to take us out to eat at Red Lobster. Dude, whats up with thier menu? I realize a lot of places narrowed their options but theres not a lot of low cal things- surprisingly. I shouldve just gotten a steak but I was trying to keep the cost down too. My food was not good. And she shared shrimp with me but it was either deep fried or coated in butter. I tried to just shake it off as an "it is what it is" kind of moment and not let it get me, but it was frustrating still.
So todays goals are: Log everything Stay in Macs WATER Mow/plant/pull/etc... Meditate
