Not bad, but I'm hoping for a bigger loss soon I've given myself some grace this week and haven't been counting calories as strictly - lots of late nights working on uni assignments means I need to snack to fuel my brain! Hopefully next week will be better and I'll get back on the wagon so I don't overindulge during exam season.

Thank you for the advice @jespes26, but I don't follow advice from men's magazines - they're not as valid as scientific journals. My flatmate has a degree in food and sports science, and I have a scientific background as well. We can confidently say that this is inaccurate, it has been debunked several times. I listen to my body - if I'm up at 2am and I want a slice of toast, I have that slice of toast. Same with a small bit of chocolate, popcorn, fruit with peanut butter, lots of coffee - if my body is craving something, I indulge in moderation.
