I wish I did, because my progress is slow as well and I feel like I'm doing everything right? all though my calories per day is quite a bit higher then yours...maybe that's my problem. mine is 1500, I don't think I could do 800 - 1000 (without being miserable 🤣).

If you’re walking that much have you checked how much muscle you’ve gained? Also a good culprit could just be that your body has gone into starvation mode and is hoarding the few calories you do eat. A good try would be more of the metabolic confusion approach to help your body.

It’s normal not to see weight loss every week. keep at it, don’t get discouraged!

I have been in that same situation being 55. And I found Pahla B on YouTube. She's got a method that works for me. And trust me, I tried everything. Best part, i didn't have to buy or pay for anything. This also how I found this app.

If you’re calorie deficit is too extreme your body will be in starvation mode and store everything for energy. How are you calculating your calorie deficit? I’m 45, 5’7, started at 162lbs and my deficit is 1239 calories, 15g carbs, 77g protein and 96g fat. I’ve lost 11 lbs in 3 weeks. I’ve been using the carb manager app.

Being a woman you should not be eating that low of calories as that can definitely stall weight loss .

Are you spreading your calories out across the day? If you’re going to be around 1000 per day I’d suggest intermittent fasting by keeping your eating schedule to a 4-6 hour window each day, to keep yourself out of starvation mode. That’s just what I’ve heard though!

I agree with the other comments, I intermittent fast when I want to get moving but I would only add water, water, water 60oz a day and I add apple cider vinegar. It helps me.

You might have to increase your total calorie intake for the day slightly, your body may think its going into atarvation mode and then you won’t lose. Just an idea 😀

So, you might not notice the weight change right away. It took me 3-4 weeks of very hard work, and then all of a sudden my weight dropped almost overnight. Maybe metabolism finally reved up

my cousin is a dietician and monitors me along the way. you are putting yourself Into starvation and your body is now storing any bit you take in, into fat so it can preserve it. my cousin got mad at me for only taking in 1500. shouldn't there come a point in your life where your health is more important than a number on a scale?

Try just eating a few key hundred calories less than your daily BMR plus activity. You lose a pound a week steady Eddy
