I did not do well this week with Labor Day. I did not get all of my foods in and I had a little more than 4 oz of wine. Oh well, time to start over.

80.8 kg Lost so far: 4.4 kg. Still to go: 10.5 kg. Diet followed: Poorly.

Gaining 0.6 kg a Week
