Wow wow wow,,, Alhamdulillah,,meskipun naik BB tapi gag drastis lah ini. Setelah sebulan mudik kerumah ibu,,lebaran makan gag diatur,,back on track blm maksimal. Segitu ngaruh nya latihan beban rutin. Meskipun masih modal bodyweight training sama dumble unyu,,tapi tetep terlihat hasilnya. Khawatir bakal naik drastis sampai 3 - 4 kg melihat gaya makanq yg bar bar kmaren waktu lebaran.
