bro, did u face any issues when u lost fat/weight rapidly? say at a rate of 4kgs a month?

At starting my fat lose rate is 2-3kg per week that was extremely dangerous and after some time i feel. Week and some time I'm black out too. And lose skin and poor skin quality due too lack of nutrition.
