1 tahun yg benar2 ngga sehat...kepala jd sering pusing, leher belakang pegel2 dan kaki kiri kesemutan...nyesel itu mmg dtg belakangan😣😣
Bismillah..mau start sehat lagi..target 58 kg..
semoga brhasil😤😤
