Yes! My body was screaming for a break. Now I feel recharged to keep going. The body is pretty good about letting you know that it’s break time! 😂

So far so good anyway! One of my close friends is getting married in October so I’m hoping to meet my ideal goal by then (I want to look good in my bridesmaids dress selfishly). Her wedding is in Colorado so, I’m hoping to check climbing a mountain off of my bucket list during the trip and I want to be in the best shape possible by then so I can enjoy the climb. 😁
