Turun BB tapi kemungkinan otot yg turun bang soalnya selama puasa jarang banget olahraga. Perut yg sebelum puasa lumayan padat keliatan garis perut bagian sisi sekarang kgk ada, jadi gembul mbulat, yg paling kentara lagi daerah pinggang punggung sama bokong itu g kenceng, melar, kyk org yg modal defkal doang tanpa olahraga. Padahal selama puasa makan surplus, olahraga jarang tapi BB turun sekilo. Meskipun kyk gitu tetep seneng di bawa happy waelah 🤣.
