Well that's good.

After a few months of traveling plus health issues that seem to have severely fucked up my biochemistry, I'm back on track and losing again. Perhaps running helps as well.
105.2 kg Lost so far: 10.7 kg.    Still to go: 25.8 kg.    Diet followed: 100%.
