200 is short term goal. Dr Doshi has me on very strict/restrictive diet to jumpstart weight loss quickly. 2 meal replacement shakes and 1 meal a day. water to drink, 4oz protein and rest green veggies for meal. will give it my best effort. Benefit fiber as well
