Although I have gained 5 pounds since last year when I lost track of keeping up with Fatsecret, I am in the best shape I've ever been in. I started Crossfit and the weight I have gained has been muscle. I'm leaner and much more healthy. I'm not looking to keep better track of what I eat to help me lose that last 5 I've been struggling with.
