Back to the steak and eggs. Its already getting boring, but it seems to be working. I've noticed I haven't really had many cravings. The steak and eggs fill me up in the morning and keep me going all day. I try to increase the amount of fluids I drink, drinking lots more water and making hot tea at least 2 times a day. I add a little bit of coconut milk to my tea if I crave the sweetness and creamy texture. I haven't gone to the gym as much as I would have liked. I'm back to a normal routine at work, so its tough getting motivated after sitting at a desk for 8-9hrs a day. I'll try to be more active this week.
73.4 kg Lost so far: 2.4 kg.    Still to go: 5.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I found that to be the case too. Im amazed at how im not hungry all the time any more and can skip the cookies

It was warmer today outside, so I left my desk and made myself walk for half an hour. I was going to come home and walk again, but it's too dark out. I need to start going to the gym, but hate going by myself!

Cpmodem, congrats on your success! I've heard of Wheat Belly before, but I'll have to check it out from the library and read it! ConnieVa1, I have plenty of steak in the fridge, so come on over. I assure you the thrill of eating juicy steak has worn off. Now, its just fuel to me. Ellenbarbara no cookies here, but I wouldn't mind a piece of dove chocolate every once and again. Maybe next cheat day I'll indulge... plus once you get used to not eating sweets, you only need a piece or two instead of a handful.
