I did really well Friday and Saturday. Unfortunately, the scale didn't say what I wanted to say and I got discouraged. Since it was Superbowl Sunday, I just had at it and didn't care what I ate. So toady I start at 169. But here we are on Monday and I am motivated. Motivated to stick well to the Atkins plan. I know it works for me. I just have to not let others sabotage my efforts. FOCUS FOCUS FOCUS
76.7 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg.    Still to go: 17.7 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.

It is so hard when you work really hard for a couple of days and there is no results :( I know how you feel, but what's done is done so just start fresh today and move forward !!!

You can say that again, I did the same thing as you. Have been feeling pretty guilty for it and wished I hadn't given up. Your right what's done is done and I will leave it there. I think while I am needing to focus more, I will avoid visits where there is lots of buffet goddies etc. for awhile:)
