Lost inches but not weight. Not sure what happened. I know fat loss is good but I feel behind everybody when I don't lose actual weight.

Losing inches is another way of losing weight(it's fat loss). Keep it all in perspective (both mean you are losing weight). If you exercise, that really helps with losing inches and going down in sizes. I had a friend who didn't see the scale move for months but she went down 4 sizes. I always think that I would rather be 150 pounds and a size 4, than 140 and a size 8. Losing the inches makes you leaner (which makes you look skinny). So great job on the loss and the scale will eventually reflect what you are doing.
