Yesterday’s dinner: pork sausage stir fry done with riced cauliflower, mushrooms, onions, avocado oil, and a couple splashes of tamari soy sauce.
65.2 kg Lost so far: 0.5 kg.    Still to go: 0.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
Losing 1.3 kg a Week
