My body is still getting used to low/no carbs. I hope to exercise more this upcoming week and follow the steak & egg diet more strictly. Its hard waking before my early morning shift to make breakfast. I'll try to preplan and cook meals ahead of time.
74.4 kg Lost so far: 1.4 kg.    Still to go: 6.4 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
