Got all my exercise in and reasonably good on diet - no day over RDI but average has crept up due to capucino machine at work and the odd late night yoghurt
118.8 kg Lost so far: 8.2 kg.    Still to go: 23.6 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
