194? Must be water retention, that's all I can say. Not much exercise yesterday, but low enough calories to not gain if to not lose. Maybe it was big muscle build up. ~8-D
88.0 kg Lost so far: 6.6 kg.    Still to go: 5.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
