Feeling a bit discouraged the scale isn't going down as I would have expected. No choice but to stay strong and do my best. Sending positive vibes to everyone.
74.8 kg Lost so far: 21.1 kg.    Still to go: 9.8 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

I had the same struggle. Just do some research and use the food diary here, and you may see the eye-opener that I am right now.Most of my dietary calories appear to be coming from fat and carbs-something i suspected, but not to the ratio that it actually is, and something I will most definitely will have to change.
