Alhamdulillah,berkah puasa.seminggu akhirnya turun angka timbangan jga.mga konsisten ada progres tiap Minggu nya...
64 kg Lost so far: 1.6 kg.    Still to go: 14 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
