Alhamdulillah diet 5 Minggu + senam 6 Minggu udah turun pas 10 kg + lingkar perut turun 12 cm (diukur istri kmrn), celana yg dl ga muat sama sekali skrng udah pada mlorot aja 🥰
88 kg Lost so far: 10 kg.    Still to go: 11 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
