Only lost one pound this week but am pretty much enjoying the diet. Need to add a little more variety to what i'm eating though, have had quite a few ready meals in the last week or so, and whilst they are only 500 calories plus some salad maybe they have too much fat or carbs in them and hence only losing one pound...
