man. had a bad weekend. went out of town and had to eat out a lot. I still don't think it's possible to have gained 5lbs over 2 or 3 days. I am sure this is a lot of water weight but I hope it comes off over the next few days because it is upsetting.
80.5 kg Lost so far: 27.9 kg.    Still to go: 1.1 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
