I'd taken this past week off from the gym to get some work done in the garden. Today and tomorrow are additional calorie/carb fuel-up days to prepare for going back to the gym on Monday, so possible temporary upswing on the scale?
Lots of things going on right now that are keeping me from spending time here for the last month or two. I'll explain later...
I'm reading all the comments when I can and appreciating the loves, but the responses/interactions are lacking.
I'm not going anywhere. I'm trying not to be dramatic. Just taking care of life - eating and lifting haven't changed much, just my time availability for now.
