I am so excited to have lost 2 more pounds! Can't help but wonder if the chia seeds making me regular has put me back on track. Either way I will take it! I praise God for giving me the motivation and willpower to keep going.

Congrats on the 2 pounds! So glad you found the chia seeds! (I think of those chia pet commercials every time I read about them LOL Good to know their good for something other than eccentric gifts.)
