Started counting calories again with FS and noticed my weight loss process really boosted itself! Last year I shed off about 6 kg and then covid-19 hit the fan and it was the least of my concerns. Once the gyms were open, I started 2hr workouts 2-3 times a week but didn't see much results on the scale (clothes fit better though) and it's a week since I'm back on FS and counting caloris and I've lost almost 2 kg. I guess it's true, without healthy eating habits, you won't get anywhere.
