Thank you all,I am so,so happy!,I appreciate it more than I can say.It has not been easy at all to lose the weight,I have not been supported or encouraged at all in my journey,I have to lose the weight or I will get sick,and the people I live with,are ensuring that my food,is food that will make me sick and dependent on medication for the rest of my life.
I have been very much alone for all my journey's in life,but today didn't feel alone.
I felt supported,seen,and acknowledged.
I thank you all,from the bottom of my heart,I cried,and yet,I felt less alone. ❤
