Egh... Underestimated how much 2 slices of pizza and the partial burritos (actual burritos, not Taco Bell) my dad brought home were. The shorter exercise due to high intensity = less calories burned, too - cardio will pay off in the long term, but right now I can only manage a few minutes at a time. Have to build up more stamina, shake off those years of neglect.
114.1 kg Lost so far: 4.3 kg.    Still to go: 41.5 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
