跑完步終於又再次突破,這次要好好維持!4月的海鮮素計劃,一定可以讓我順利降到55kgs!

4/4(日)再次爆汗七星山連走(全長6.8km),挑戰自己,距離登上抹茶山的體力應該不遠了!為自己加油💪
