Had a great fast from 2:23 Friday afternoon to 5:56 AM Monday, My battle plan fell apart Monday, where I didn't eat, Tuesday I just crashed because of happening I didn't expect but will now be prepared for, rest of the week fell apart, but Learned my "cheat" meal don't like the "cheat" meal concept, my "incentive" meal will be Monday at lunch, will get Denny's take out in the morning on the way to my business, then my 30 minute lunch have steak, eggs, and bacon, greasy, but pretty much unprocessed food,
102.1 kg Lost so far: 5.0 kg.    Still to go: 29.5 kg.    Diet followed: Poorly.
